What if I order a frame and it doesn’t work out for me?
Customer satisfaction is our goal. In the event that your unworn regular priced product purchased from our website does not meet your expectations, email us for a return authorization number. Your return or exchange must be postmarked within 20 days of the date you receive the package for credit to your original payment method and we will pay for shipping back to us. We make it very simple and worry free.
Is there any kind of warranty on the frames?
Most frames have a one year manufacturer defect warranty. The warranty does not cover damage inflicted by the user. In other words, if you sit on your eyewear, run over your eyewear with a car, drop your eyewear off of a tall building or if your dog chews your eyewear, toddler rips your eyewear apart, elephant tramples your eyewear, or any other number of mundane occurrences happens to your eyewear, it will not be covered under the warranty. Also, there is no warranty for lost eyewear. The best way to protect your eyewear when it is not on your face is to keep it in a hard case with your name and contact information written on the inside. We also provide on site repair services that might not be covered by manufacture warranty
Is there any kind of warranty on the lenses if I purchase through you?
All lenses we sell also come with a 1 year warranty against defects. This does not include scratches on lenses. No warranties on neglect or abuse.
How long will it take to receive my order?
A regular nonprescription sunglass order will be shipped within 2-3 business days of order processing.
Depending on the company an authentic prescription sunglass or eyeglass order will be shipped anywhere from two to four business weeks after the prescription is verified. Many companies have a two week turnaround time on authentic prescription products.
Special orders will be shipped anytime from a few days to several weeks depending upon the availability of the frame
What are polarized lenses? Do I need polarized sunglasses?
Polarized lenses reduce glare from surfaces such as the water, snow, ice, cars, etc. Polarized lenses are ideal for people who drive, are around water or snow, or are frequently outdoors.
You don't need a pair of polarized sunglasses, but, after you wear one, you'll wonder how you ever got along without it
What do the numbers/eyesizes mean?
Most eyewear frames and some sunglass frames have sizes on them. The sizes consist of two or three sets of numbers something similar to this:
- 52 is the width of the lens in millimeters
- 16 is the width of the bridge in millimeters
- 140 is the length of the temple in millimeters
When picking out eyeglass frames, a good rule of thumb is to pick something that is a similar size to what you are currently wearing.
What is a PD? How do I find it?
A PD (pupillary distance) is the distance between the center of your pupils (binocular) or the distance between the center of your nose to the center of your pupil (monocular). It is often written in millimeters. We need this measurement in order to put the optical center of the prescription lens directly over your pupil so that you can see clearly. Most optical stores will measure your PD for you for free. You can also have your eye doctor measure your PD.
Are you certified opticians?
Yes, we are certified opticians with many years of experience. We are on hand during business hours to answer questions and look over prescriptions and frame choices. If the frame you have chosen does not work with your prescription, we will be able to offer alternatives.
What are the shipping costs?
We provide free shipping with every purchase.

What is UV Protection?
The sun emits ultraviolet radiation which is damaging to the eyes. Lenses with ultraviolet protection prevent that harmful radiation from touching your eyes. Polycarbonate, high index, polarized, and sun-sensitive lenses all automatically contain UV protection. Hard resin lenses need an additional coating to add UV protection. According to United States Federal law, all optical frames sold in the United States must have UV protection. However, many low-priced optical frames for sale through street vendors do not comply with this rule. Using tinted lenses without UV protection is extremely damaging to your eyes, because the dark tint causes your pupils to dilate and increases the surface area of your retina that can be damaged by the ultraviolet radiation.
